Bellevue, Washington - National Specialty Underwriters, Inc. unveils a new hospitality insurance program! NSU will introduce its Limited Service Hotel Insurance program targeted toward insuring economy and limited service hotel chains. The program will offer quality coverages at prices very attractive to this market segment.
With the rapid growth in this market segment recently, NSU saw the need to expand coverage into this area. The limited service program will enable independent owners of single and multiple location franchise and non-franchise hotels to receive more extensive coverage than is generally accessible to them. As with NSU’s other hospitality programs, this coverage will be sold through local and national retail insurance brokers.

In addition to offering full method of bringing loss prevention and loss control techniques to customers will also be part of the new limited service program. The insurance coverage will be underwritten in-house by NSU to provide fast, flexible quoting abilities. Primary carrier for the coverage is The St. Paul companies, A.M. Best rated A+XV.
