National Specialty Underwriters, Inc. (NSU) is a commercial insurance Program Administrator and specialty Wholesale Broker based in Bellevue, Washington, with four branch offices throughout the US.

We operate four distinct divisions: Hospitality, Healthcare, Property, and Casualty Umbrella.

• In Hospitality we use programs, including purchasing groups, on an admitted basis, to provide multi-line insurance for hotels, resorts and casinos.
• In Healthcare we wholesale Medical Professional Liability and General Liability insurance to physicians and medical facilities, primarily on a non-admitted basis, but with a few select admitted markets, and some programs.
• Our Property division is a wholesaler specializing in layered placements for wind and flood exposed commercial properties, primarily on a non-admitted basis.
